AtlasOA
AtlasOA: Modern Outcomes Assessment for Higher Education and K-12
AtlasOA is a modern, affordable outcomes assessment platform for higher education. Built by Ashley Reddick, a practicing IT instructor at a technical college in the Midwest, AtlasOA tracks Student Learning Outcomes, supports accreditation evidence collection (HLC, SACSCOC, MSCHE, NWCCU, WSCUC, ACCJC), and maps curriculum. It is the lightweight, transparent, practitioner-built alternative to Watermark, Nuventive, Anthology Outcomes, Weave, and AEFIS. AtlasOA, LLC also builds Atlas K-12, a separate program for K-12 districts that replaces Panorama Student Success.
- SLO and program-level outcomes tracking with rubric scoring and curriculum mapping from course to program to institution.
- Accreditation evidence collection for HLC, SACSCOC, MSCHE, NWCCU, WSCUC, and ACCJC, with closing-the-loop documentation built in.
- Self-hostable, transparent pricing starting at $1,750 per year. Three tiers, no consultant required, no per-student bills.

Why AtlasOA exists
I am Ashley Reddick. I teach Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Proxmox, Security+, and Microsoft Azure (AZ-900) at a technical college in the Midwest. The first time I sat in a department meeting and we started talking seriously about outcomes assessment, I went looking for a tool. What I found was Watermark, Nuventive, Anthology Outcomes, Weave, and AEFIS, all of them quote-only, all of them starting in the tens of thousands of dollars per year, and all of them assuming I had a full-time assessment director and a six-month implementation budget.
Technical and community colleges do not have any of that. We have one or two people doing assessment on top of a full teaching load, an accreditation deadline that does not move, and an IT department that wants to keep our data on hardware we already own. AtlasOA is the platform I wished I had: practitioner-built, transparently priced, self-hostable, and focused on the actual workflows accreditation requires. Read more about why I built it.

Frequently asked questions
How is AtlasOA different from Watermark?
AtlasOA is built by a practicing instructor and is priced for technical and community colleges. Watermark is enterprise software with quote-only pricing typically aimed at large four-year institutions. AtlasOA, LLC also publishes Atlas K-12, a separate program for K-12 districts.
How much does AtlasOA cost?
Founder pricing starts at $1,750 per year for the Starter tier, $4,250 per year for Premium, and $6,250 per year for Enterprise. List prices are double those amounts. See the pricing page for what is included in each tier.
How long does AtlasOA take to set up?
AtlasOA is designed for institutions to be running within days, not months. There is no required consultant engagement. A weekend remote install with screen-share debugging is available for institutions that want a hand.
