New purchases of both products are paused, so every amount on this page is reference pricing for the current releases, not an offer to purchase. You can still evaluate the current release of either product free for 30 days. No per-student bills. No quote-only games. Self-hostable on hardware your institution or district already owns. The same pricing is on every comparison page on this site, because the comparison only works if the price is honest.
Building the next chapter of Atlas
New purchases of AtlasOA and Atlas K-12 are paused while we complete and verify the next releases. Purchasing will reopen when the published release scope is complete and the software is ready to ship. Schools and institutions can still collaborate with us during development. We have not announced a release date.
For higher education, we are developing AtlasOA into a unified platform that brings learning management (LMS), student information (SIS), outcomes assessment and institutional operations together. For schools and districts, we are developing Atlas K-12 into a unified platform that brings student information (SIS), learning and assessment, student support and school operations together.
We will maintain current Founder installations for the life of their software, as long as they hold an active subscription, and honor our existing commitments. AtlasOA Founders will have an optional upgrade path to the unified LMS and SIS platform. Upgrade details and terms will be shared before customers decide.
AtlasOA and Atlas K-12 remain separate products, and each will include its own native student information system. Our goal is to help schools and institutions manage connected work in one system instead of relying on many disconnected applications. These capabilities are in development; neither complete platform has shipped.
Schools can still help shape what comes next. We welcome colleges, schools and districts interested in sharing their needs, reviewing workflows and collaborating with us on development.
Our roadmap evolves with feedback from schools and institutions. Features, priorities and timing may change as we define and test each release. Proposed additions may be included in a future release.

Atlas K-12 student support for K-12 districts
Atlas K-12 uses a fixed annual license fee based on your school or district's enrollment band, rather than a separate charge for each student. Your agreed license price stays the same throughout your annual term, even if enrollment grows. We review enrollment only at renewal and communicate any proposed price change before you renew. Atlas runs on hardware your school or district owns, with AI processing on your local server. Enrollment bands match the Atlas K-12 page. Atlas K-12 is a separate program, not a module of AtlasOA. Compass, the local AI assistant, is included at every tier; the recommended hardware guide sizes the server to your district.

Atlas K-12 pricing questions
How is our annual price determined? Your annual license price is based on the enrollment band for the school or district covered by your agreement. The agreed price is fixed for that annual term.
What happens if our enrollment increases during the year? Your license price stays the same for the rest of your annual term. There are no additional license charges or midyear tier adjustments caused by enrollment growth.
When is enrollment reviewed? Enrollment is reviewed at renewal to determine the applicable band for the next annual term. Any proposed renewal price change will be communicated before you renew.
Add-ons (optional)
New add-on purchases are paused along with new product purchases. Amounts are reference pricing.
- Remote weekend install + live screen-share debugging: $1,500 one-time. Schedule a Saturday or Sunday with your IT team and we knock the install + initial data migration out together over a screen share.
- Custom SIS integration: $2,500 one-time. Only needed if your system is not already covered: AtlasOA ships adapters for Jenzabar (J1/EX/CX), Canvas, Blackboard, and Moodle plus XLSX import; Atlas K-12 covers 16 SIS platforms via direct connectors and OneRoster, with guided CSV/SFTP import for everything else. The API connectors are in beta; see the integration matrix.

How does that compare?
A typical mid-size institution paying Watermark, Anthology Outcomes, or Weave writes a check for $25,000 to $60,000 per year. The same institution on AtlasOA Premium pays $8,500 per year. That is $16,500 to $51,500 in annual savings, while keeping your assessment data on hardware your campus owns.

Pricing FAQ
Are there per-student fees? No. Pricing is a flat annual fee per institution.
What happened to the Founder Partner program? The Founder Partner program is closed. Existing Founder Partners keep their locked-in pricing and benefits for the life of their license, and we will maintain their existing installations for the life of their software, as long as they hold an active subscription. New purchases of both products are currently paused.
Can we buy now? Not yet. New purchases of AtlasOA and Atlas K-12 are paused while we complete and verify the next releases. Purchasing will reopen when the published release scope is complete and the software is ready to ship. We have not announced a release date. Existing contracts are unchanged.
Non-profit, government, K-12 district pricing? All institutional pricing already assumes non-profit / government use. K-12 districts use Atlas K-12, which is a separate program with its own pricing.
Cancellation policy? Annual contracts are pre-paid. There is no cancellation penalty; if you choose not to renew, your data stays with you (because you are hosting it).
